RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns are accepted if requested within 3 Calendar days of receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. CUSTOMIZED items are NOT returnable unless they are defective.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and reason for return.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization number along with the address to return to. Our cost of shipping TO you is NOT refunded to you. The cost you pay to return to us is NOT refunded to you. A restock fee in the amount of 5% to 15%, depending on the item will be assessed.
If the item you return is not in original, unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund and will be happy to return the item to you at your cost.
The only exception to this is the rare incident in which you received an item that was damaged in transit, a defective item, or the wrong item. In this case, we require a photo showing the damage or the wrong item. Upon approval, you will receive, via email, a prepaid return label. Once received back and inspected, you will receive a full refund, including your shipping fee. Damaged items must be reported to us via email, with pictures, within 3 Calendar Days of Delivery!
Once we receive the item back at the address provided in your Return Authorization and it is inspected and approved, you will receive a refund through the same payment system you used for your purchase. Any refund will be issued within 5 business days. We will send you an email when the refund is issued.
Please email us with the package tracking number at email@example.com when you ship your item. For your safety, you should also insure any package with a value greater than $50. We are not responsible for any lost packages which do not reach us.
Any item that is NOT shipped back within 5 Business days of the receipt of the Return Authorization by the buyer will be refused and returned to the buyer at the buyer’s cost.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you OR the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue any refund to the gift giver and email you and the gift giver that the refund has been issued to the gift giver

Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank account or credit card. We have no control over the refund once we issue the request to your bank or credit card. Please contact your Bank or Credit Card directly. Please do not contact us until two weeks have passed from the time we notify you of the refund being issued. If two weeks have passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of you placing the order using USPS or UPS, depending on your location and fastest available service. The delivery time frame is usually between 2–7 business days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! For a few of our large and heavy items we use the best Freight Carrier we can find for your destination. Packages may incur delays beyond our control such as weather or Holiday delays, etc.
All products are produced by Nature or contain items produced by Nature. Thus, there may be natural defects in items, occasionally broken/missing pieces caused before the items were harvested. The actual colors of products may differ slightly from the images on your screen. This is due to variances in settings on your phone or computer screen.
